A deadly batch of fentanyl caused 10 people to overdose, killing three people Friday in Southeast near the Navy Yard neighborhood. D.C. Councilman Charles Allen is calling this a “mass casualty.” He says in the nation’s capital the opioid epidemic is predominately killing older Black men. FOX 5’s Sierra Fox reports.
