A dog walker in the Four Corners section of Silver Spring, Maryland is recovering after being attacked this past Friday.
She was walking two dogs including a 13-week-old Havanese puppy named Riley. The small pup was snatched in broad daylight, around lunchtime.
The thieves only took one of the dogs, the more expensive one.
These types of small dogs are considered high-end. One of the more expensive breeds that range from $1,000 to $2,500.
