The Senate Judiciary Committee, Subcommittee on Competition Policy, Antitrust, and Consumer Rights held a hearing Wednesday entitled, “The Impact of Consolidation and Monopoly Power on American Innovation.” During the hearing, Senator Durbin said there is a price to pay by tech companies if they’re striving for an equitable marketplace.
