Donald Murphy and a housemate were inside their home around 7 a.m. Wednesday at 1614 Good Hope Road, SE — a home that housed a program for ex-offenders.
“This is when I hear the crackling and the kitchen window separating, so I holler, ‘We need to get out the house because the house is collapsing,'” he told 7News Friday.
