Former President Donald Trump savaged Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), one of his closest allies while he was in office, as a Republican in name only, or RINO on Tuesday night. He had a problem with Graham saying potential presidential pardons for the Jan. 6 attackers would be “inappropriate.”
