A bill that would protect same-sex marriages — at the federal level — is now headed to the Senate. The Respect for Marriage Act comes amid fears that the Supreme Court could overturn same-sex marriage, following the Roe v. Wade rollback. WBAL-TV 11 News spoke with Mark Ridderhoff, the president of P-Flag Baltimore. He is optimistic and said this bill is important to the LGBTQ community.
