Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA) said during a Democrat press briefing Tuesday that Republican lawmakers are wrong to claim that expanding voting rights would only benefit Democrats. The lawmaker pointed to the recent election of Republican Glenn Younkin in Virginia, following an expansion of voting rights in Richmond.
