The Senate Judiciary Committee, Subcommittee on Competition Policy, Antitrust, and Consumer Rights held a hearing Wednesday entitled, “The Impact of Consolidation and Monopoly Power on American Innovation.” During the hearing, Senator Grassley touted American Innovation and Choice Online Act, saying it’s not about publishing successful companies but creating a way for new companies to emerge.
