During Thursday’s State Department press department briefing, Matt Lee of the Associated Press had a heated exchange with State Department Spokesman Ned Price, demanding that Price produce some sort of evidence to back up claims that Russia is planning to create a fake pretext, possibly a propaganda video, for a Ukraine invasion.
