In an NYC joint press briefing on gun violence with President Biden, Governor Hochul, Attorney General Garland and NYC Mayor Eric Adams, New York Senator Gillibrand said that almost 90% of guns used in crimes in NYC come from other states and bashed the fact that there are no regulations forbidding the transfer of guns across the state lines.
